Spectrum Interconnect Inc of Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas was established in 1998 as Spectrum Technologies’ US office to provide sales and service support to the Company’s North American customer base for its range of CAPRIS laser wire markers.


RtMc Inc of Phoenix, AZ was acquired by Spectrum Technologies PLC in March 2001, it manufactured a range of laser wire stripping products.


As of 1 January 2003 these two organizations will operate as a single division under the Spectrum Technologies name (Spectrum Technologies USA Inc.) to serve the North American Market for all Spectrum products. Spectrum Technologies' Phoenix Office will continue to provide sales and service of laser wire stripping products, but in addition, from October 2002 it has also acted as a full service centre for CAPRIS laser wire marking products. The Phoenix office now holds a full inventory of spares for CAPRIS products, as well as for SIENNA wire stripping products, for same day dispatch for North American customers, and spares can now be ordered from Phoenix by credit card.

From November 2007, Spectrum Technologies USA Inc.'s Dallas/Fort Worth office will be the US headquarters and will continue to provide sales and service for North American CAPRIS customers.
