Another New Addition to the US Sales Rep Network for Spectrum

In line with their continuing promise of providing unequalled customer service in the United States and Mexico, Spectrum Technologies are pleased to announce they have partnered up with another Sales-Only representative in the US.

Eagle Marketing Inc. approached Spectrum at the beginning of the year, offering their services for all product lines within the Spectrum portfolio. After intial meetings and various discussions with the ST USA sales team based at their Phoenix Office, Spectrum were very pleased to sign them up. The agreement became official on Friday 8th February 2008.

Established in 1981, Eagle Marketing are currently represented by Jim Dybas and Dennis Kleinman with their head office in Citrus Heights, California. Eagle Marketing are well established in their field of business, covering Northern Nevada and Northern Califronia and specialising mainly in non-aerospace markets. With this in mind they will build on their strengths, concentrating mainly on SIENNA wire stripping products although they will be promoting CAPRIS and Nova UV laser wire markers as well. Any installation, service and further after-sales support will be carried out by Spectrum USA directly.

These recent new partnerships come following the promise made by Spectrum to improve overall customer service in North America as well as to meet the objective set after the re-organisation of US Operations to make Spectrum Technologies USA Inc. an autonomous operation by the end of 2008.
