Royal Visit: HRH The Duke of York Visits Spectrum HQ

Spectrum Technologies was the recipient of a Royal visit in July when His Royal Highness Prince Andrew, The Duke of York visited the Company’s head-quarters in Bridgend during the afternoon of 10 July.

The Duke, in his role as the United Kingdom's Special Representative for International Trade and Investment, made the visit in recognition of Spectrum Technologies’ achievements since the Company was established in 1989.

Prince Andrew toured the Company’s factory where he saw demonstrations of the Company’s products and met a cross section of employees involved in all aspects of the business.

Spectrum CEO, Dr Peter Dickinson commented, "We are very honoured that the Duke of York chose to visit us. It has taken a great deal of hard work to develop our business from start up to its current world leading position, which is down to our talented and dedicated team. It is tremendous for the Company to be recognised in this way."
