This is the first time Spectrum Technologies will be participating in the Coil Winding, Insulation and Electrical Manufacturing Exhibition in Chicago, IL, USA and the first time their new SIENNA Magnet Wire Stripping system will be demonstrated in North America!

The new SIENNA MWS - Magnet Wire Stripper will join the family of SIENNA laser wire strippers. It has a revolutionary process, patented by Spectrum, which rapidly strips the enamel insulation coatings from copper, aluminium and many other types of magnet wire used in magnetic coil windings.

This system is expected to be very well-recieved at the CWIEME show as the de-insulation of this type of wire is traditionally difficult and extremely messy, and the SIENNA MWS is a long-awaited answer to this problem. The laser completely, cleanly and rapidly removes the enamel, leaving the wire surfaces ready for welding, soldering or other processes. The system can be used as a stand-alone item or integrated into existing production lines.
