Spectrum Technologies have recently celebrated two important milestones: the sale of their 200th CAPRIS 50-100 UV laser wire marking system, and their first ever sale to Greenland!

Since its introduction in 2003, the CAPRIS 50-100 has become the world's number one choice for entry-level laser wire marking equipment and we are very pleased to announce that Spectrum has sold it's 200th CAPRIS 50-100 UV laser wire marking system to Air Greenland - the country's flag-carrying airline. This is also the very first machine to go to Greenland making Greenland the 28th country to which Spectrum has sold a CAPRIS 50-100, and the 44th overall for all systems. David Walters, Spectrum Field Service Engineer, based in the Company's headquarters in Bridgend, will be making the exciting trip up north into the previously unchartered territory in the New Year.

Air Greenland was established in 1960 as an airline, now operating and maintaining 35 fixed and rotary wing aircraft. Air Greenland also undertakes search and rescue operations, and functions as an ambulance when patients need to be evacuated to a larger hospital or sent for treatment in Denmark. In addition, Air Greenland uses its helicopters in connection with mineral exploration and undertakes charter activities both in and outside Greenland.
