Série Nova 50-100i

La série Nova 50-100i est la toute dernière génération de systèmes d’entrée de gamme de Spectrum pour le traitement laser des fils sur table. Appartenant à la 6e génération, elle a été développée pour le marquage de fils en petites et moyennes séries. Remplaçant le système CAPRIS® 50-100 PCS, cette série associe une productivité éprouvée à des fonctionnalités améliorées en matière de logiciel, de contrôle et de traitement, le tout dans une plateforme compacte et entièrement intégrée.

 

Réunissant les fonctions de marquage, de mesure et de coupe au sein d’un seul système, la série Nova 50-100i convient à un large éventail d’applications, allant de la maintenance, réparation et révision (MRO) et de la fabrication en petites séries jusqu’aux environnements de production à grande échelle. Le système assure un marquage UV des fils au laser flexible et de haute qualité pour une grande variété de types de fils et d’applications.

Les systèmes de marquage Nova sont conformes aux principales spécifications des équipementiers aéronautiques ainsi qu’aux normes internationales du secteur, notamment SAE AS5649 et ASD-EN 4650.
